Default 1997 jeep grand cherokee

I have a 1997 jeep grand cherokee, the panel that shows the door ajar, 4wd partime/high/low lights blink on and off. how can I fix this

no my jeep stays in 2wd. the lights just change it also shows all the doors ajar too

the ajar sensor is inside your door lock mechanism area, might be shorting out due to buildup of dirt/grime. I had the same issue on my truck - the fix was a simple steady shot of WD40 directly inside the lock mechanism, the part that latches the door to the body of the car.
