Complaint at hand: WONT START

Drove to my work about 2weeks ago now, i believe it was, got in parking lot as i put the car in neutral (its 5speed manual transmission) the car cut off on me & hasn't started since.

Fuel pump is not priming. Fuel pump was swapped out for a known working pump, & had a fuel tune up done still nothing. Main relay was swapped into for a known working main relay from a running car & still nothing. All fuses were pulled & are in prefect condition.


Is there anything else that needs to be checked that I may have missed along with a few ASE certified friends of mine? Esp cause i'm trying to sell/ or trade the car which isn't happening until its in perfect running order yet.

Only other idea i have right now is to swap ecu's but i only have my p28 od1 ecu chip w/ base map for boost on crome & a obd1 stock b16 ecu out of my coupe. Will either of those hurt the car even more if i tried them???

is it cranking over???

does it have fuel?
does it have spark?

It has spark but no fuel & can't figure out why. Yeah it is cranking just fine just wont start up at all.

have you checked the wires at the tank??to see if they are getting power when they should??

No i haven't, volt meter work? or what do i need to use to do that?

volt meter...have someone turn the key on and off and see if your getting voltage to the pump...

if not have to check the fule pump relay and fuses

and if you are then it could be the fuel pump

Fuel pump was swapped out, & came from a running integra. Fuses are all good & only relay i have checked is the main relay. Where's the fuel pump relay located on the civic?
