What's the problem with the harness not plugging to the switch? Wrong plug? Cut the plug off the old harness with about 2 inches of wire left and solder it to the new harnes. As consistent as Honda is with their wire colors, it might even match up.. Get a book for your car and a book for the car you got the harness from and match them up.

Alright I went to the junk yard today and found a 89 civic dx. would I be able to take the harness and fuse panel out and put it in my 91 civic?
