08 Si cold start
 
Anybody have a fix for this yet ...
When my cars cold and I go to take off it cuts out read a couple things but haven't found a fix yet ..
Also what's the cure for the rev hanging bothers me

Plugs filter etc its been maintained.

when was the last time you did a tune up? Also you can try a fuel system cleaner. Flashpro can get rid of that rev hang also.

What are you talking about? Is this some notorious 2008 Si problem that everyone is supposed to know about without any explanation?

More information or this thread will be deleted. Then you'll have to find other things to post to help you get to the classifieds.

More info like what is bucks when its cold as soon as its got 2 bars in the temp gauge it goes away

Where does it idle at when it's cold?

Have you had any previous problems before this incident?

Did it just start doing this when the weather got cold?

Test the coolant temp sensor for the ECU (not the sensor for the temp gauge, unless there is only one sensor for both devices). It's easy to test, look around and you should find instructions if you don't have a factory manual.
