06 Chevy Colorado purge valve solenoid
 

Im trying to find the purge valve solenoid on my dads truck but no luck. I've found things on Google saying that its on the engine and other things saying it's under the bed near the gas tank. I don't think im that stupid but i cant find it on either spot. Was wondering if anybody had messed with them and could guide me in the right direction. This is the part i have.
