03 xterra horn
Girlfriend got in a wreck a few months back, and when she got the car back, the horn wasn't working. she doesn't care, but I told her inspection requires the horn to be working. Found today that hitting the panic button on her remote, the horn sounds for the alarm. However pressing the horn in the car, or when locking/unlocking the car, the horn does not sound.
I'm assuming there is a different horn specifically for the alarm, but I'm not sure. Any advice?
Thanks
edit: just went and messed with it for a few minutes. alarm isn't working again. It seems like it just went off on a fluke. It doesn't look like there is more than one horn or anything on the car, and there isn't an aftermarket alarm. fuses are good, swapped it with a known working fuse, and I can hear the relay clicking when locking the vehicle, and when the panic button is hit.

Re: 03 xterra horn
Find a wiring diagram. Look for the horn switch (button). Trace where they go with a volt meter and see where you get. The switch in the equation seems to be the problem.
