is this a good deal?97 eagle talon

i saw this for sale a few days ago and looked at it. 97 awd, 5sp eagle talon leather interior, power everything, sunroof, 146,xxx miles for 5,000. the paint is in great shape the interior of the car is prob. a 8/10. has the turbo wing. i am thinking of buying this car. based on only what i listed and the cars runs perfect does this sound like a fair price for this car.

The price is good for the year and shape you mentioned, I would just drive it to check out how it is mechanically before I went too far with the purchase.
