Have you guys seen the new 330I? I'm going to swing by and take a picture of it tonight, but after I really took a good look at it I started thinking relatively hard about swapping mine out for one. It's a $36,000 car but based on the features and the look of the car itself, I think it's a $36,000 car in a $50,000+ car's body! What do you guys think about it?

 

I think it's a SEXY car and I'd drive it if I could! My buddy has an 02 ( I think) 330i 4-dr....I LOVE IT.

They're not ALL dicks.. but I do agree that most are snotty.

I probably won't buy it. In all truth, there are far nicer cars for $36,000.. My car is almost paid off and I'd rather just keep it for the time being and put my money towards property or other investments than start all over with a loan/car.

e90 330 is awesome! get it with active steering ($2000 option), well worth it.
i work at the bmw dealer btw. stop by if you want. it is a hell of a car for the money.
valvetronic is simply awesome. think vtec with infinite number of cam profiles.
get the i drive option too. cool system once you get used to it, and way better then the i drive on the 7 series.

whooooa how does valvetronic work? just a sloped cam lobe or somethin and it slides across it per rpm/throttle or somethin?

damn that is pretty badass if thats how it works..

a little explaination. at idle, the valves barely open at all to idle. no need for a throttle plate.
