Just got a new job...
At RK Buick/Subaru. I just finished up my training friday and i hit the floor last saturday. I never thought i would have become a salesman, but it was something that i wanted to try out(and its mainly a summer job til i got back to college). But its nice to be able to sell subarus and talk about them to customers all day long. And i actually just sold my first car yesterday, an 05 Forester . And since RK is a fairly large company, i can also sell chevy's, toyota, used trucks and cars. If any of you guys need parts or service at all, feel free to let me know and ill see what i can do.

selling cars is the hardest business to get out of man. your gonna have a good month and make like 6 grand and never want to stop. but as a job... it sucks. its a fuck load harder than anyone thinks.

oh, and not to give you a bad name or anything... but you work for the devil. let me know if you want to work for a MUCH better company with the best pay plan in town.
PM me if you want me to edit this, cause i have no problem doing so.

My stepdad worked at Bowditch Ford for a little while. Well, he went through training and did one day on the lot and quit. He said he just couldn't lie to people and Bowditch basically trained him to lie lie lie.
Maybe this has changed, and I am sure not all dealerships are that bad. Also, this was back in the late 80's/early 90's.
I think it would be interesting to have a salesman job as well, but I don't think I would be very good *lol*
Good luck with the job man!
