My woman has a 2000 sentra se with the 2.0 and I was told today that the alt. is $260 which is friggin crazy. I took it to a shop in GB to see about rebuilding it and he said he cant get parts for it. I checked Advanced and NAPA stores and they were all right around 230-250. Does Bapgeon sell mostly import parts or is there a cheaper source? Anyone here work at a parts store? I would like to get her car back to her as I worry about mine every day she drives it..

Thanks for the help guys. I went to Browning's and they are going to rebuild it for $105. Just have to wait until monday for a part. I wonder why the other shop said they dont make parts for them yet
