Retrofitting in NoVA
Does anyone know of a shop or experienced individual who can do retrofitting in the area?
I guess I'd be willing to go as far south as Richmond. And up north to basically anywhere in MD.

uh, retrofitting can be pretty much anything, i dont know why you assumed it was an exclusive term used with HID's
but anyways, you should do it yourself...cuz that's usually how retrofitting is done.
