Cool 2 O2 sensors

On my civic I have 2 O2 sesors. One before and after my cat. I am looking to swap out my exhaust manifold for a better flowing one due to the fact that I have that gay ass cat/manifold. Now if i get a different set up I have to move one of my sensors. Is there any wy I can get around this, like a diferent ecu or OBD swap wich requires 1 O2 sensor.

what type of manifold doesn't come with an o2 sensor hook up? and 2. obd1? yep, that's 1 o2 sensor. you can do a new ecu or you can just go to skunk 2 manifold which i believe comes with an o2 hook up on it.

plug in the obd1 ecu/conversion harness, change to an obd1 distributor, and swap in obd1 injectors.
