utec tuning for wrx
my roommate needs to get his utec tuned but doesnt want to spend an ass load of money for a shop to do it so i was wondering if anyone around here is familiar with tuning utec. any help would be greatly appreciated! thanks guys.

hahhaha he said he wants to keep to the sway bars but he'll def. buy the y pipe off of you if you want to sell it
