That won't matter for 75% of the riders here as most of us are in the military.

What does this matter?

I think riding without a helmet is moronic. From someone that has laid down a bike before, I would never ride without one.

I don't see a problem with it. Should weed out the morons that don't belong on 2wheels rather quickly.

and make all of our insurance higher since the rate of death and severe injury will rise... now if they made the law so that if you don't wear a helmet your made a mandatory organ donor whether you die on your bike or not then i think it would be good, atleast then the otherwise wastes of life wouldn't be so worthless to society

Hold on guys.................

Anyone who has seen me post on here knows that I'm a stickler for safety and safety gear.

BUT....................I'm ALL ABOUT not having to wear a helmet. If I wasn't in the military and my CB750 was running you bet your ass I'd be out in pungo tooling around without my brain bucket.

I did it for two years up in CT. before I joined the Navy. Nothing like riding around without a helmet. Nothing compares.

i guess i kind of fall in between. i would never ride without a helmet (i had a serious crash a few years ago i think the helmet definitely saved me severe injury), but if someone wants to do it, i t shoude be there choice. same as seatbelts. your dumb not to wear it but whos the state to say you cant

I actually dislike riding without a helmet, feel kinda naked.
