I came back from the movies at regal and was on 7. Saw a modded white ek civic hb in front so sped up to check it out, then the driver told me something was on fire? couldn't hear what it was but i pulled over and saw nothing. If the person is reading this, can you tell me what happened?

oh opps, didn't read clearly. but yeah i don't know what may have caused it. ebrake was off. maybe too tight?
