I got a question. I need some insight on some college bars in this area. Im looking for a str8 college bar, where all that goes on is drinking, drinking, and more drinking.

A graduate of Mason told me about PJ Skadoos(sp?), the Bridge, and some other spots.
I've been to the Firehouse a few times, a buddy of mine plays there with his band all the time (Jackie Gino).

Basically, if anyone here that's gone to Virginia Tech can relate, I'm looking for a place like The Hokie House, the Mill, Champs, and places of that nature...a place where college students go to get hammered and throw-up all over the place.

I got some old college buddies coming in this weekend, and Saturday night will be the night...I really dont feel like heading out to Adam's Morgan and the Georgetown area...I live in Burke so I'd rather stay close.

yea skadoos is good, try ned devines underground(its located on the side of ned devines in ffx city), try tt reynolds on main street as well firehouse is usually decent on wed but the weekends its kinda weak sometimes

 

awesome. yeah i heard about ned devines (good on tues)...yep, everytime i went to the firehouse, it wasnt exactly happenin'...the bar top was filled, but it wasnt like a shoulder-to-shoulder kind of thing.

 

try BWU, or buffalo wing university. Right on old lee highway when you turn in from main street. A lot of mason students go there.

 

Ned Divines is pretty cool place..lots of GMU girls go up there. I've been to the firehouse,PJ Skidoos on ladies night, and Bridges...all good places.

as soon as u can transfer to Tech and that wont be a problem
