I hav heard great things about the G&W event. In addition consider the Chin Motorsports event. A friend of mine runs regularly with these people and speaks very highly of them. They are running VIR 12/11-12. You can run one day or both days or however you want. Their running format is different than most organizations. You will get a huge amount of track time, probbaly as much in one day as most organizations give you in 2 days. Check it out:
