Blue.. Black or CF hood, 94-97 GSR wheels, GSR wing..

Looks like a special edition 94-97 w/ a 98+ rear..
Its blue and its in roanoke (dont wanna say exact location).. just wondering what's done.. seen it a couple times.. never at a track dont think..

 

Its my friends car, her name is Sharon. She lives in Salem.

If it is Sharons integra which it sounds like you described, then she lives in Salem. She may have been visiting a friend. She works downtown at a Bank.
