Just wondering how many RX7 owners there are in VA? We have 4 signed up for the RX7 Revolution event this spring. Are there local clubs?

Who were the other rotary guys?
Anyone interested in going out in a "pack"?
Also, anyone want to go in on a hotel?

 

When we open registration back up we will give out a hotel list of one's that are giving event attendees discounts. That way a group of you could split the costs.

 

There was a local club....but it died out. This Spring it will probably start back up.

As far as the RX7Revolution thing......Drag bores me. Do a track event and i'm there.

 

i'll be willing to drive all the way to IN if it was a track day event, alas it's not, so no thanks!

 

Well, I'll let you in on a little secret. We worked hard with the local SCCA guys to get a track event, in the end it didn't work out and now they want to charge us to setup a rotary/rx only event. If sponsors start flowing in and other event ideas get taken care of we might go back to the SCCA guys and say, "Here's your damn money, now setup some cones."

The decision was made awhile back to start with the drag event in our first year. Next year, I'm sure there'll be more there for all to do.

I would go out in a pack and I am down for a hotel have to wait till I get my tax return though. Oh yeah intercooler is in route to my house .
