Out of all of the races i've been to. The times we do get stoped or the races got blocked in. Usually the people who are watching dont get in trouble. But sometimes the cops are bitches and they pull you over for trespassing or some stupid shit. Thats just my personal experience. I've never gotten a ticket for watching.

spectators ticket....range from $100-$250 depending on how much they want to hit you with.
Be lucky your aren't in Philly. Tickets can range up to $500.

They could charge you with something for watching. If its a small thing with only a couple people and cars they might charge everybody there. If it's big, they know everybody will scatter and only try and get the people with cars...
