Just curious what you guys thought of this car. I'm thinking about buying it from a trustworthy friend who's given me the history on the car including what's wrong with it.

Things to note, bored and strokes engine to 3.1 liters, completely new breaking system, fully custom suspension. There is a lot more but I'd have to get all the details again from him.

Price would probably be around $3000.

What do you guys think?

They are wonderful auto x cars. But to be honest, the 2.8-3.4 ohv engines are boat anchors. If i was to swap anything into it quad 4 ho all the way but you can put basically anything in it. Is this one the 4 speed? The 4 speed was a muncie and there was an isuzu 5 speed i think that were the best trannys.

i had an '86 GT in high school. Great car no issues, had 136,000 miles on the engine and still ran strong as hell!! GET IT

That's a GREAT price. You could turn around and sell it for more.

Well the price is actually more like $4500, I was way off in my estimate but I'm gonna try to get it, if not, I'll pass on the info to the board if the guy wants me to and everyone else can have dibs.
