if ur lucky.. si is a d16a6 stock, vtec is b series. sohc and dohc..... but no a stock 91 si does not have vtec.

v-tech is the shit in 91 I think they a 33mghz but yo ushould get a 2003 si they have 6.0 ghz much faster

Hell yeah, I had V-tech in my 91 crix. Had it all the way home from best buy. The band on my v-tech was sick yo.
