Thanks for offer, but no thanks. For what it is, motor in it idles smooth as quiet and pulls hard with zero smoke. I really think its good for another 100k since the maintenance has been done.

Not unless you can add $2,500 on top. That's a $4,500 car at best, even in a trade situation. Mines worth a bit more in a trade.
