92 318 full m3 swap

Car is a 92 318i with a full m3 swap from an 97 m3. Shell has about 110k on it, all M3 parts ONLY have 64k on them. Only part left on the Vehicle that is Non m3 is the shell.
Car has only half Drive train from drive shaft back. Fully interior extremely clean. It also has very rare OEM rear seats with Headrest and the desirable 99 sunroof switch. Vaders are heated/electric.
Brakes:
Front brakes coming with the car are Euro floating rotors, 4 piston brembos. The rears are stock m3 calibers/drilled rotors.
Suspension: Rear Koni's adjustables the fronts are Bilsteins. i believe the springs are Eibachs. i have to double check. UUC Rear adjustable control arms. The front's also have Turner hub extenders..
Wheels: The wheels are style 19 BBS's, front tires are pretty much done from camber. the rears still have about 70%-80% tread.
There is no motor, or transmission, i will have an s50 with ARP2k's and stock head gasket. We can maybe negotiation a combined price. No front bumper or nose panel.
The BAD:
The car was involved in a rear in collision, and now has a salvage title.
