Default wheel polishing!

Not sure if this is the right way to go about this or not but if not please move to proper section mods!ok so i have a set of real ssr type c's that were on a car when i bought it and I wanna put them on my four dr!only thing is the dumb ass who had it didnt know what he had and painted them!he didnt sand or anything crazy he just sprayed them!i have stripped the paint already and just want someone thats some what local to polish them!if u feel up to it message me on here or on my cell1(804)499-0834 and prefer local to richmond or close surrounding areas!and dont come out me with some crazy prices!i found a shop local that will do it for 250 but will be a three week turn around!also pics of previous work is a major plus!thanks for your help
