I bought this about a month ago when I was planning my K swap, it's already assemble to save you some time and unused since I sold the car a few days ago and never got around to my swap. It's a sollid and great looking hoist compared to the usual red or orange. Has an extendable boom and it's collapsable.

I don't mean to be a dick but come on dude. I bought this exact same lift at harbor freight 1 month ago for $179. Took me 1 hour to put it together.
$300 is mildly excessive.

Please don't trash my forum with stuff like this. You're not going to sell a used (yes used) engine hoist for 2x the price of a brand new one. Put a reasonable price on it (perhaps even what you paid for it) and try again.
