My lil bro is lookin into buying an Xmod RC car. He wants the 1997 red supra, w/ stage 2 engine, suspension, set of tires, and tool kit. Are they worth it? are they fun? and do they go fast?

i made a deal with him that we would buy the starter kit first and if he likes it he can buy extras for it.

 

Yeah there fun, but with the stage 2 motor upgrades. The batteries die fast.

 

buy battery kits and shit so they go faster and last my cousin has a skyline he baught head lights and tail lights and even an all wheel drive conversion those things are the shit u can do all kinds of things to them

 

i have the white supra. the steering went out on mine....

 

buy one of those crest spin brush and mod the motor.

me and couple friends got stage 10 out of it.

its fast.

 

ill sell you the white supra with all the extras for 50 bucks. i never powered it up.

It's radio shack, so the quality is going to bite ass.

Spend a few more bucks and get a Kyosho Mini Z. Same size (1/28 scale), but a hell of a lot better quality.

I have the red supra with body kit, lights, stage 2 motors, roller bearing kit, and all-wheel-drive. The steering went out with the AWD, so it's back to RWD. Don't play with it much, but it is fun when I do.
