The Bad: Carbon Hood and Trunk is faded like all carbon fiber does, front bumper has a chunk out of it due to a possum, 233k on body but you wouldnt be able to tell,
The Good: black'd out, turns lots of heads, heat, a/c and power steering, no CEL codes, fresh rebuild, i have receipts of proof, 24k on rebuild, uses no oil or anything, leather on the inside is perfect!
first of all i am going to say i dont know much about BMW's, there is a lot of upgrades on the car such as a new rear end, m3 tranny, machined head and block, etc, etc, i will try to contact the old owner to find what all upgrades it had such as suspension and what not so just bare with me

The owner of the car before me used to work for BMW, had the motor rebuilt to supercharge it but he never finished it, and now i have the car, car is super clean on inside and out, and runs flawlessly, it turns many heads

233k on the body, motor got rebuilt at 219k miles, leaks nothing

i get great gas mileage, i average 28 thru the highway and city

i am willing to trade for clean hondas, can be swapped or can be stock as long as its healthy and clean, bring cars+cash,
jeeps, anything nice

Car does have alot of Mods. I was owner from 90k to 210k. Gentle man after me had the motor rebuilt, trans rebuilt etc.

Before I sold it, I added:

Cosmos V2 cold air intake
Ebay headers
vibrant rear resonator
remus muffler
pullies
tuned with shark injector
ltw flywheel with m5 clutch
LED tails,
Khoalty projectors with LED angel eyes
LED corners with smoked lense


car is lowered on eibach springs with the rear rubber perches removed.
It had a cracked subframe in the rear which is a big problem with e46's but I had RRT weld a tuner kit to reinforce it and reweld the cracks to the price of 1800.

I also switched the rear diff from 2.93 to 3.61 out of a X3 bmw.

It has a m52tu motor, with it supposidly bored out .030 by the owner after me. He removed the ASA ar1's and sold it to this guy.

Car hauled ass, and turned heads when I had it, and since then, the motor and transwork should making it a very quick car.

I ran 14.5 at 95 with a 3.46 rear diff and half tank of gas. I'm sure this car is stout right now. Car was treated properly, that's why it has elegantly survived so many miles.

I can vouch on what a great car it is.
