i have for sale a obd2a vtec wiring harness. it is uncut but does however have a couple plugs thathave had a peice of the side broken off. but they still clip down and work perfectly fine.
also i have a blown ls pr4 head.. it has two bent intake valves. no cam caps and no rocker arms.. does have the obd1 style valve cover. cam caps and rocker arms can be picked up from a pick a part for cheap..
also it does have the cams though. and no coollant temp sender. the single pin connector on the side of the head.
