Location: Virginia Beach
Means of contact: Axelerate@cox.net or PM
Price: $7000 without trailer, $8000 with. No trades.
Description: Selling my 87 325is Spec e30 coupe. Car was raced a season in the southeast region, and after purchasing it I have only used it to instruct in. Motor was just replaced with a 120k mile motor from a 91 325i, runs great!
Other items I have upgraded/changed since purchasing:
Crank scrapper!
New steering guibo
New gas tank
Rear weld in alignment kit
MOMO suede steering wheel
Cobra kevlar driver and passenger seats
New rear wheel bearings
New timing belt, tensioner, water pump, radiator, hoses, cap/rotor, and distributor
Front strut tower brace
Ground Control front camber plates
Mechanical water temp/ oil pressure gauges
Freshly painted interior and cage
New stainless steel brake lines
New, never ran front Hawk DTC-60 pads and new rotors
Lots of spares!
Car is ready to race and has fire suppression and a full cage with Nascar bars on the driver side and an X brace on the passenger side. Complete Spec e30 mods and the car comes with two sets of Image Dynamics wheels, one with new full tread RA-1's.
Bad:
Car has a dent in the driver side rear quarter panel and is currently rattle canned Italian Olive, but both are an easy fix if thats your thing.
Good:
Car is a blast to drive and very reliable and has never let me down. I fixed all my issues with the car which were mostly fuel and rear alignment problems. Replacing the gas tank and the rear weld in alignment tabs fixed everything. Rear alignment is set at -2.5 camber and 0 toe with plenty of adjustment.
Trailer is a 16' wood deck dual axle trailer with brakes, brand new deck and LED lights.
