Description: Hello, I have a very modified volvo 240 for sale. I recently broke my left leg in a snowboarding accident and wont be able to use to car for a while. So im deciding to sell it because its just going to sit.
Drivetrain:
b21ft with t3/t4 turbo, ported 90+ manifold, and 3" side-exit turbo back exhaust (straight through, no cat)
engine re-sealed about 16,000 miles ago
Megasquirt v2.2 engine management with spark control (conservatively tuned, 16 psi)
msd digital 6al box w/ blaster 2 coil and "cravingboost" spark plug wires
46 lb. cfi injectors and walbro 255 lph intank fuel pump
31"x12"x3" intercooler with 3" piping, silicone couplers, t-bolt clamps, and cone filter
tial 50mm blow off valve
AEM tru-boost gauge with built in boost controller
AEM air/fuel ratio gauge with wideband sensor and output for megasquirt
IPD turbo camshaft
RSI adjustable cam gear (do not have to remove gear to adjust)
m46 transmission with electric overdrive and short throw shifter
3.91:1 differential
Suspension/Chassis:
Extremely Nice short strut coilovers from Kahplhenke Racing. These are the nicest for Volvos.

Flathood conversion with hella h4 round headlights (with hid kit currently not connected)

2 layers of sound deadening on floorpans and rear shelf
Blue interior with no tears in seats
Eclipse cd player with tilt face and auxiliary input
Eclipse 5.25" front speakers
Alpine type-x 6.5" component rear speakers with crossovers installed in rear deck
pre-wired rca cable with remote wire in trunk
The Bad:
Alternator exciter has issues and does not start charging until engine is revved past 2700rpm, after that it charges normally (have driven like this with no issue for over 1year).
Some rust on bottom of doors and rear above license plate
No A/C
Heater core currently bypassed
The car needs a ppassenger side motor mount, I was going to do this but I cant now because I have a broken leg. Its very easy to do.
The car is very fast and very fun to drive, It would be perfect for autocross or a track car. I have DD'd the car for about 8 months with no major problems.
