1997 Acura Integra jdm front, 5 lug, fresh b20, gsr lthr CHEAP!

Thinking about selling my car and getting into something newer again. Has a fresh b20 I got from jspec motorsports about 2 months ago. Was put in by Adrenaline Autoworks with appx. 30k miles on the motor at the time. It runs awesome, and pulls really hard for a stock b20. Has a greddy header and cheap intake.
Transmission:
JDM GSR LSD
Freshly rebuilt 800 miles ago with all new carbon syncros and new 3rd and 4th.
No grinds or pop outs whatsoever 100% mint
Exhaust:
Hytec replica header
RS-r Exmag with custom test pipe (quiet, sounds good)
Suspension:
JDM ITR 5 lug swap 36mm
KYB 4 way struts
Ground Control Coilovers
ITR front strut bar
Wheels:
15" ITR wheels(CAN ALSO COME WITH 16" 3PC WORK EQUIPS FOR ASKING PRICE + $200
Exterior:
All metal JDM ITR front end conversion
Non HID black housing head lights
6k pnp hid kit
ITR optional side skirts and rear valances in mint shape
NHBP paint in bad shape, the hood has wierd bubbling in it, roof and hatch is slightly fading like typical NHBP cars. Sides and a-pillars are fine, a top re-shoot could be a good fix.
Real Spoon front lip paint matched.
Interior:
skunk2 weighted knob
No name short shifter
GSR leather front seats
ITR floor mats (new) all 4
Sound:
Pioneer headunit mp3/iphone/ipod read
all new pioneer speakers all around
mtx terminator 2 12" subwoofer package with d-class amp
Overall, car runs awesome with no CEL lights or anything wierd, a/c works great, and so do all the power options. Im selling it for dirt cheap with all the mods and oem itr pieces. No lowballing or shit trade offers, I am firm on my price and believe it is reasonable for my car with this amount of mods.
Here's how it looks like on the work wheels which can be had for +$200 on top of asking price.

man i wish you were selling this like 6 months from now. Once I start getting some post graduate paper I am definitely getting a dc2 project. good luck

No thanks, only interested in trades I have listed.
And if you are going to offer a civic guys, make sure it is atleast swapped/boosted. My lip kit alone on this car is $1k+, plus other itr parts, I cant downgrade.
