93 Jeep Grand Cherokee 65 k on motor have receipts.... all power options 1800.00 obo

Here is the deal, its a 93 grand cherokee. The tires are basic but decent and will pass inspection, they are on stock jeep wheels. The seats and windows are all power. Automatic transmission. It has around 65k on the motor it was replaced about two years ago and we have the receipt from the shop.
The Bad: it has a good crack in the windshield and will need replaced, it has a dent in the hatch door that wont let the thing work right, I was goign to replace it from the junk yard but I just really dont feel like doing it. There is a small hole in the exhaust... it really can be welded, small oil leak around the filter, and it needs a new head liner. The one thats in there is held with those ugly headliner pins.
The jeep runs really smooth, you cant really tell its driving, the motor and trans are pretty new, and it has a 9/11 inspection. 4x4 works excellent.
There are no other issues besides cheap small ones I will fix if not sold but price will go up I have a set of 4 33 super swampers I will put on it with a leveling kit but price will be 3500.00 if I have to fix it all. I will sell you the swampers with the jeep for 2k total. They have about 90% tread left.
