PRICE DROPx3! 2003 MINI Cooper S - Modded - 44k - Manual - PRICE DROP!

Its very unfortunate for me to say this but I'm selling my MINI. I decided to go off to college rather than staying in the area so Im going to be living down there in an apartment. I cant afford an apartment unless I have a cheap car thats paid off so Im selling this car (or trading for car + cash).
Onto the details.
2003 44k mileage (Very low!)
It is manual
Power:
17% WMW Supercharger pulley
Smaller belt
NGK Spark plugs
Borla Street Exhaust - Also own stock exhaust
Alta CAI
RMW Tune - 190whp
Suspension/Wheels:
H-Sport springs - Also own stock springs
SPC Camber plates
16x9R 16x7.5F Keskin KT1's on Toyo Proxes T1R tires and Falken Ziex912's in the front. The fronts are brand new (a week old), and the rears are like 1500 miles new..
Also have stock wheels and tires.
Audio:
Ive invested a ton of money into my audio, it sounds amazing..
Pioneer deh-p6200BT headunit - bluetooth hooked up
Polk Audio DXi6500 components up front
Infinity Kappa 692.9i 6x9's in the rear
Infinity Kappa four amplifier (125x4 RMS wattage!!)
Interior:
It has leatherette interior and I wrapped the dash in carbon fiber vinyl. No cuts no holes in anything.
No scratches/dings, paint is kept in pristine condition. Car drives extremely smooth and is a ton of fun. I never autocrossed it (I was planning on it though) or drove it around a track. Its just been a daily driver. I've owned it since February and I am the second owner. Ive only put 4k miles on it.
Oil was changed last week with Royal Purple.
Transmission Fluid was also changed last week with Royal Purple gear oil
