5x114.3, 18x8 / 18x9 . +38 Cheap wheels w/ 2 new tires

Cheap wheels. Black face with machined lip. 18x8 and 18x9 with +38 offset all around. Included are 2 new federal tires 215/35/18's on the 18x8's. The wheels and tires are in new condition with NO wear. Never been on the road.

Location: Chesterfield, VA.
