I feel for you dude. I just had a knee replacement 2 days ago and won't be walking for 2-3 months too due to skating. BMW owners are getting picked off one by one.

Really really really glad you’re ok.

That being said, was the other driver cited/still alive? If you haven’t already, lawyer the hell up and have a field day, especially if there was negligence on his part. I’m not one for the sue happy world but there are some idiotic choices people make that they should pay for and this is one of them. Hopefully you’re compensated enough to get as close as you can of back to normal.
