The Bad: *Missing the molding on the passenger side door. I pulled it off cause one of the clips was missing and it was bent. *The trunk leaks from an unknown source. *No AC but still has the lines to re-install *Very bottom of the radiator support is VERY SLIGHTLY bent from a run-in with a tree stump (not my doing lol) *Backseat is missing the bottom cushion cause the previous owner removed it. So I just removed the backseats and carpet all together. *Dimmer switch doesn't fit because the hole was cut out to fit a AFR guage. *Screen is cracked on the Viper alarm remote but it still works just fine. There's just no display. Needs a tune-up.
The Good: The potential obviously outweighs the bad since all the "bad" things are very easy fixes. Body is in almost flawless condition. Tranny shifts smooth, no grinds, no pop-outs. B18B1 bottom end, B20 head, B18A hydro trans. GSR Cluster 143k. B&M Short Shifter. JVC Head Unit. JDM Amber Clock. Viper 791 Alarm with remote start (remote screen is cracked so the display doesn't work). 25% Tint. Gutted Catalytic Converter. BNIB OEM Axles. ARP Headstuds. BNIB Spark Plugs. BNIB Timing Belt.
Compression reads 195, 205, 210, 205. And the reading on cylinder 1 is off because I initially did it wrong. It should read 205-210, I just haven't had access to a comp tester to re-do it.
Only looking for stock EK Hatch, EG Hatch or Coupe PLEASE!!!!!!!!!

I've been trying to sell this car for several months now and this is my final breaking point. I've been getting flaker after flaker and it's just been an aggravating process. So I'm putting it up for sale for $1800 FOR THIS WEEK ONLY!!! If it doesn't sell this week, I'm just going to keep the damn car. Don't ask me to meet you halfway to NeverNeverLand because as low as the price is, I'm not driving more than a 15 radius from my house. Don't offer me less than $1800 cause I'll just ignore you. This is already a hell of a lot lower than I ever intended on going.
