4x100 Black Racing Wheels (14x6j +40ET) and tires

LOCATED IN DC METRO AREA. I will not meet anyone halfway. I WILL ship at buyer's expense. I will NOT sell either wheels or tires separately.
I no longer have a car these fit on, so unfortunately I need to sell them. Don't buy rota/sportsack, buy these.
$650 OBO or trade for WIDE LOW OFFSET 4x114.3 wheels (maybe trade + cash)
These are reasonably uncommon JDM wheels, and the sizing should be perfect for FWD Honda fitment. You won't see twenty other people with these on their car. Visit Black Racing site HERE
Sprayed dark gray over red by previous owner, only really showing in lug holes. NO curb damage, EXCELLENT condition. Tires are essentially new Falken Ziex 912 in 195/60/R14.
Not sure what these are called or precisely when they date from, but obviously they closely resemble a Watanabe F8.

Not low offset tyte enough for anyone? These would look perfect on a CRX, EF, etc. By the time you buy Sportsucks and tires, you could have these.

I have $200 for new tires for my miata. I can give you $200 instead for your rims and tires but I can't go any higher. I know it's not close to what you're looking for but I need inspection passing tires. Let me know.
