I am selling my 02 RSX-S because I can get great deal on a 05 STI.

Let me start by saying I am a neat freak, I would consider my car to be in perfect condition. I am the second owner; I bought it in 04 from a guy in MD (completely stock). Since 08, it is has been garage kept, oil changed every 3,000 miles with Syntech 5-50W. It is my daily driver, but I have done some modification to it, I will go into more detail below. I clay bar (Mothers) it easily twice every 6 months; I understand it is massive over kill but I like that perfectly smooth/clean feel. It has 94,000 miles on it, most are highway. I am not like most here, I’m an extremely passive driver. I baby this car, so much so I get joked on my friends for how I drive and how I should drive it. I always give the car a minimum of 2 mins to warm up, longer in the cold. I go out of my way to avoid potholes. I have never just dropped the clutch on a launch; I normally shift at 3,000rpm. I drive for gas mileage. I normally get about 32mpg on every day driving and on the highway I get 37-39mpg. This car is my baby and I do baby it to the nth degree.

Good luck selling this, it's worth every penny of the asking price.

Not trying to bash, but if you call dent-doctor, they can probably resolve the 1 dime sized dent in the driver qp for around $40. Personally, I'd try that, only because people ALWAYS have something to nit-pick about.

Either way, it's an amazing car. Congrats on keeping it amazingly clean

no problem man. It's not very often you see someone keep a car clean on this site. usually people are only concerned with boosting their dingle cam honda's, primering them, then trying to sell for 4 grand or something silly.

 

Yeah, I have had so many people view it on ClubRSX but no one has showed any interest. I am really kind of surprised by that. I mean not even any low ball offers, I was expecting at least a few.
