I don't normally post this stuff up, but this pic has come from a source that was spot on w/ the C5 renderings back in '96 and the C6 renderings in '03-'04. So far I like what I see... no details on the car, but I suspect we'll see a 5.5 liter direct injected OHV LSX. This is what they're having to race with in the new GT2 class with ALMS, and rules state that it must be a production based engine.

 

Looks like a Camvette. I think I like it though.

 

I like, altho the nose is a little bit too slanted for my taste.

It even has dimples now.

 

I like that it has a prominent side-cove again. The standard C6's side-cove is non-existant compared to the C5... it's one of my favorite features on the cars.

 

I really hate this new trend with roof lines.
