Also, what's the best price you can do for the complete setup? I might have a guy that would want to tires and I can get the rims.

Offer me a price, remember I'll have to pay to get the tires off the wheels, unless you want to buy it all together and then you and him separate them later. The tires have to be sold before I sell the wheels though.
