is it oem honda? 96-98 or 99-00.

Not sure if there is a difference or not

The instruction says the application is for 1999 2/3/4 Door. I mean to me the only different between the two generations is the headlights, fenders, and bumper.

And yes it is an OEM, got it straight from the dealership and not online.
