Default Tranny Question

I have a GSR tranny and it is grinding in 2nd and 3rd gear. I just had my clutch replaced. My question is if I drain my tranny fluid and fill it up with some good tranny fluid can it help with the grinding? Also what tranny fluid do you guys suggest would be the best?

Like EEK said, it's good stuff. A mixture of MTL and MT-90 works great. Here's some more info for ya.

I think b-series trannies handle 2-3 quarts of oil.
