Angry Where is my HORN?!?!?!

I've got a 1989 honda crx HF, and the guy that i bought it from neglected to tell me that the horn doesn't work.

(yeah i know, stupid me for not checking. didn't realize it didn't work until after i got cut off and yep, nothing happened when i pushed the button rofl).

anyways, please help me i've looked as much as i can/know of and still can't seem to find it. I even took off the intake, and tried to check underneath the battery tray :\

please help!!!! i need my horn working in order to pass inspection!

Both. Remove the Front bumper to get to them. Check the fuse as well.

fuse was/is still there. couldn't/didnt find a fuse underneath the steering column that pertained to the horn, but there was one underneath the hood on the passenger side fuse box.

-_- i really hate to have to remove the front bumper :\ i can't just like... take out the passenger headlight housing to get to it? No other easier way to get to it?
