We collected 1739 pounds of food. Lots of thanks to go around. Especially to Melissa and Jimmy. They were handing out flyers all day at the door and are a big reason why we were successfull.Thanks to those who passed out flyers leading up to the event. Thanks to those who stood at the traffic light to pass out flyers. Thanks to those who contributed. Plenty of thanks to go every where to those who showed up. If we would have had more DRAGVA attendance/support then we would have hit our goal of 2500 pounds. It was frustrating to not hit that goal considering all those who had committed themselves verbally to showing up and did not. AND SUNG THANKS FOR THE IMAGINERY CAN OF FOOD

it was fun and nice meeting everyone... the food wasnt so bad after all

 

wish i could have been there, had to work, and leo, it looks like your about to take a sniff of cocaine or something, hahhaa........

 

yall were pretty close on the food goal. 700lbs isnt really that much considerin yall collected more than twice that. maybe next time. i came out for a few and dropped some food off but didnt really get to hang out much. how come yall werent collectin clothes too?
