nikon d40 or d60 for my holset turbo and itouch?

Im looking for a nikon d40 or d60, would like for charger and stuff to be included along with a lens.
Now Im looking to trade a holset hx35 and itouch or one of those and some money maybe. but i dont have much so keep that in mind and through some offers. Thanks
