92-95 Civic Hatchback Rear Seat Bracket

I am looking for a rear seat bracket from a 92-95 Civic Hatchback, for some reason whoever had the car before me decided to cut it out
Need this piece to put the upper (seat back) parts of the seats in so if anyone could help me out that would be amazing.
Looking for the piece that goes in between parts #6 in the pic below

i fabbed one for my car because the previous owner had done the same thing, i used some back straps (they come with new radios) its like 12 inches of metal, really thin with circles cut out of it
