Default Lowering my car

I have full d2 coilovers on my si, and i can loosen all of the coilovers except the rear driver's side one. I have tried banging on it with a screw driver, hammer and wd40 several times but no luck. I am scared to strip it maybe? anyone have any suggestions?
Thanks
sean

it says to remove them from the vehicle to adjust right in the instructions

Is it the kind with 2 locking perches on the sleeve? If so, try using a screwdriver and hammer it loose.
