I really don't know. I got it from my grandfather that upgraded to the G5. I think it's a 2004. I think the OS is OSX 10.4.

open the drive door where the apple logo is and you will see the specs listed, would help if you posted the info. or go to the upper left corner, click the apple icon, then click About This Mac and note what info is there.
