I am getting a 2005 Aprilia RSV 1000 Mille for a great deal from a friend of mine. When he had the bike in storage he had hooked up the trickle charger wrong and fried the battery. So when he put a new one in the bike started up and ran, but no of the guages worked. Is it possible that I would need to replace the ECU, or is it as simple as a fuse somewhere?

 

if it started the ECU is fine.

most likely just a fuse.

did the backlights on the guages come on at all?

 

I'm not quite sure, thats just all I was told.

 

Anyone else have and idea?
